This is a language-neutral seminar
This is an interactive day-long and language-neutral seminar about search and seizure related rights and responsibilities.
The police have asked to search your person, house and car. Can you decline, and if you do, can the police search anyway? What are your rights and responsibilities as a citizen and non-citizen of the United States? Our seminar will answer these questions and many more. Please join NITA and Dan Coe (Assistant Federal Public Defender) for a language-neutral seminar (including 1 hr. of Ethics).
