I am fairly certain that later this year we'll try and have a workshop in Vegas precisely on the "running a translation business" issue. Stay tuned! And Alvaro, we've already organized several intensive workshops on precisely health care interpreting, albeit in the Northwestern Nevada region. We hope to also have one in fall / winter in Las Vegas, too - and we have already met a very enthusiastic reception of that initiative (it's more than just an idea, it's very, very likely going to happen) from several aspiring and active interpreters in the Vegas metro area, so please stay tuned on that also!
