NITA Announces Presence at NCIHC’s (National Council on Interpreting in Health Care) Annual Membership Meeting in Las Vegas
For immediate release
(Reno, Nevada, May 19, 2009) The Nevada Interpreters and Translators Association (NITA), is pleased to announce that it will participate at the third annual NCIHC membership meeting, to be held at the Westin Casuarina in Las Vegas, NV on May 28 and May 29, 2009.
One of NITA’s goals is to work with other translation and interpreting organizations to strengthen the profession as a whole. By participating in the NCIHC conference, the organization hopes to achieve just that.
In an effort at further collaboration, several NITA members have volunteered to assist NCIHC as note takers during work sessions at the conference. The NCIHC is still looking for additional volunteers. Please contact NITA for details.
