The Court Certification Process in Nevada

Ms. Krlickova, who manages the court certification program for the Nevada Supreme Court, will provide an overview and details about procedures, requirements, and testing for interpreters in Nevada who want to pursue the Nevada Court Interpreter certification. Includes a Q&A period.

Modern History of Court Interpretation: The Nuremberg Trial of Nazi War Criminals

An introduction to the modern history of court interpretation through the Nuremberg Trial of Nazi War Criminals, which was the first official international gathering in which simultaneous interpretation was used.

Andrea Krlickova, originally from Slovakia, has a background in law. She’s the Court Services Analyst at the Nevada Supreme Court in Las Vegas.
